Obverse

The obverse of the coins in the collection features a design inspired by the iconic Moulin Rouge propellers, divided into segments. Each section incorporates elements referencing various artistic crafts —such as costumes, feathers, embroidery, footwear, and ballet—which are interwoven with elements of the Moulin Rouge's festive and theatrical world, paying homage to the skills that contribute to the magic of cabaret. The chosen color scheme—blue, white, and red—evokes both the colors of the French flag and the cancan skirt.

Reverse

The reverse design, with the exception of the commemorative coin, depicts two French cancan dancers in full motion. In the background, the legendary Moulin Rouge with its distinctive propellers is visible, as well as the backdrop for the French cancan dance, which includes a section of the Eiffel Tower. The initials of the Moulin Rouge adorn the design.
