Conferința "Japonia – Natura și Civilizația",la Muzeul Olteniei

În ziua de 26 octombrie 2016, ora 18.00, Muzeul Olteniei Craiova invită publicul la o seară culturală la Secția de Științele Naturii unde se va derula conferința Japonia – Natura și Civilizația. Este un prilej de a cunoaște mai bine una din civilizațiile majore ale lumii. Va expune Ștefan Bogdan, profesor de limba engleză în cadrul Simone Educational Center, pasionat de istorie, limbă, civilizație și cultură japoneză. Domnia Sa ne va relata impresiile rezultate din cele nouă călătorii ale sale în Japonia și din experiența trăită printer niponi. Vom afla detalii despre stilul de viață dus în amețitoarele labirinturi ale marilor metropole, despre amestecul fabulos dintre cultura vehe și tehnologia modernă, despre scrierea și modalitatea în care japonezii îmbină armonios cele trei alfabete existente în limba lor: hiragana, katakana și kanji, despre terapia on-sen (izvoare termale cu efecte terapeutice) și kabuki (teatru japonez) etc.
Inspirat de vitalitatea, fantezia și incredibila organizare a poporului nipon, prof. Japan marks the Handover of the 2016 Rio Olympic and Paralympic Games to 2020 Tokyo with two Proof silver 1,000-yen coins.

The 2016 Rio Olympic Games were barely complete (and the Paralympic Games had yet to commence) when Japan’s Ministry of Finance announced that Japan would issue two silver Handover coins for the 2020 Games in Tokyo.

Japan’s Mint will strike two 1,000-yen coins, each featuring color to enhance Olympic rings and flags, marking the handover of the Summer Games from Rio de Janeiro to Tokyo.

These will be the first Japanese coins with color printing on both sides, according to the Aug. 26 announcement from the Ministry of Finance.

The flag handover ceremony from the current host to the future hosts closes out the closing ceremonies of the Olympic Games and the Paralympic Games.

The .999 fine silver 1,000-yen coins each weigh 31.1 grams and measure 40 millimeters in diameter.

The coins feature either the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games emblem or the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games emblem on the reverse, in full color, each with a distinctive obverse featuring differing imagery (incorporating national flowers and flag colors, games flags, a globe and more) that ties together the two nations.

The coins have a mintage limit of 50,000 pieces per design; wholesale sales begin in September and the coins are due for release “around December” 2016.

The official issue price is set as 9,500 yen (about $92.31 U.S.) but the Ministry of Finance did not specify whether that was for one or two coins.

Expoziţia aduce în prim-plan chipul femeii, al frumoasei şi fermecătoarei japoneze, din preajma anului 1900. Femeia frumoasă (bijin - lb.japoneză) este integrată în diverse compoziţii cu teme istorice sau inspirate din viaţa oamenilor epocii Meiji.
Organizarea acestei expoziţii face parte dintr-un demers mai amplu, care se manifestă astăzi în întreaga lume, de recuperare şi revalorizare a stampelor japoneze de la sfârşitul epocii Meiji (1868-1912). Pentru cei mai puţin familiarizaţi cu acest gen de artă, termenul de kuchi-e defineşte un tip de xilogravură japoneză policromă, produsă, cu aproximaţie, în ultimele două decenii ale perioadei Meiji (c.1890-1912).
În expoziţie vor putea fi admirate opere semnate de Kaburaki Kiyokata, Mizuno Toshikata, Takeuchi Keishū, Watanabe Seitei sau Kajita Hanko, cei mai renumiţi artişti japonezi, de la sfârşitul perioadei Meiji.
Stampele expuse la Muzeul de Artă din Arad provin din trei colecţii de artă japoneză, situate în trei ţări, Germania, România şi Japonia. Cele mai multe exemplare fac parte din colecţia de artă extrem orientală Adrian Ciceu (Berlin, Germania), iar restul din colecţiile Ioan Paul Colta (Arad, România) şi Ioan-Liviu Orleţchi (Tokyo, Japonia).

Within the "Prefectures of Japan" series, have been submitted by the "Japan Mint" final two pieces of the series, you spend at Fukushima and Tokyo. These bimetallic coins of 500 yen will be issued in mid-2016, completing the 47 that comprise the series begun in 2008 to mark the 60th anniversary of the Local Autonomy Law. 

Fukushima

The coin features an image of the Soma-NOMAOI Festival held in the cities of Soma and Minamisoma (including the ancient city Odaka), this is one of the most popular festivals in the prefecture of Fukushima. During the festival, more than 500 people mounted horses with traditional Japanese samurai armor, galloping at full speed, in the recreation of a splendid and heroic spectacle. 

KACCHU Keiba (Horseracing): A group of ten young people dressed as Samurai warriors armed, wearing traditional white headbands instead of warriors helmets, competing in a race of 1,000 meters.

Tokyo

The coin depicts the Tokyo Station Marunouchi Building . This station building designed by Kingo Tatsuno, was completed in 1914. The interior and domed roofs of their north and south were burned in 1945 because of the war. It was designated as a national cultural property in 2003 and restored to its original appearance in 2012.

In the currency Gyoko Street is also shown, which runs from the square in front of Tokyo Station Marunouchi Building the Imperial Palace, Gyoko Street is a historic avenue that is sometimes used for official events of the Imperial family as well as for processions of cars and horse-drawn carriages for ceremonies presents credentials to the newly appointed foreign ambassadors.
