The Slovak Masters Choir (Spevácky zbor slovenských učiteľov - SZSU) is a Slovak-based men's choir of teachers that enjoys a high reputation both nationally and internationally. Its creation was linked to the city of Trenčín and to names such as Gabriel Valocký and Miloš Ruppeldt. Since March 3, 1921, the choir is a good example of the artistic aspiration embodied in the motto of M. Rázus: "Inspire love for the nation through song." The choir sings folk, patriotic and sacred songs and has performed thousands of performances.

The Slovak Mint, Mincovňa Kremnica, taking advantage of the centenary of the creation of the Slovak Teachers' Choir, has issued a 10-euro facial silver coin for the occasion.

The central image is based on the logo of the Slovak Choir of Teachers, which shows the head of a woman with long, flowing hair in the left profile. The upper part of the design shows parallel horizontal lines superimposed with the Slovak coat of arms and, below, the name of the issuing country 'SLOVENSKO'. In the center of the lower part there is a raised silhouette of Trenčín (host city of the choir), located above the denomination and the coin "10 EURO" and below the year of issue "2021". Between the date and the silhouette appears the mark of the Kremnica Mint (Mincovňa Kremnica), which consists of the letters "MK" placed between two dies, and the stylized letters "ZF", which refer to the designer of the coin. , Zbyněk Fojtů.

In the upper segment of the reverse are the dates "1921" and "2021" located on both sides of a stylized lyre. The rest of the design represents three notation staves for the national anthem of the Slovak Republic, with a treble clef at the beginning of the upper and middle staves. The letters that appear on most of the white circular noteheads are sequenced to form the name "SPEVÁCKY ZBOR SLOVENSKÝCH" (SLOVAK MASTER'S CHORUS).
