On April 14, the Monnaie de Paris issued another part of its special coin collection celebrating the 80th anniversary of the publication in France of The Little Prince, one of the most influential works of world literature.

This commemorative series pays tribute to eight decades of history of the endearing and endearing character created by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, focusing on travel as a central element of the work. The designs that make up this recent issue are iconic symbols from the book: such as an airplane, planets, compasses, telescopes, and suitcases, evoking the spirit of exploration and discovery that defines the little traveler.
