From Power Coin begins a new and innovative series of 3-ounce silver coins, which under the simulation of an artistic style of traditional aguaje and thread embroidery, promises to delve into the most emblematic works of art. As is the case with this first coin, where the famous work "The Kiss" by the Austrian painter Gustav Klimt inaugurates the new collection, called "Fine Embroidery Art".
This special coin, in addition to being numbered on its edge, has been elaborated thanks to an innovative technique that has allowed us to achieve a finish where the colors become totally vivid and brilliant during the reproduction of the embroidery made on the work, making the original painting look unique.
The back of the piece recreates a highly realistic half-embroidered representation, with a high degree of detail, of the great work "The Kiss" by Gustav Klimt. Where framing the precious central motif, we see, on one side, the year of issue “2023”, and on the other, the needle that embroiders the work stuck in the design itself, where the Power Coin logo also appears.
The obverse of the coin shows the lower part of the needle, which emerges from the other side. This side of the piece represents the lower part of the loom, where the inscription “FINE EMBROIDERY ART”, the name of the series, appears embroidered. While in the center we see the Coat of Arms of Palau, together with the inscriptions of the issuing country "REPUBLIC OF PALAU" and the face value of the coin "20$".
With a limited circulation of only 499 pieces worldwide, the piece is presented in a themed box with the corresponding Certificate of Authenticity.
