Like every year the traditional 4 euro coin, this year dedicated to the 10th Anniversary of the proclamation of Felipe VI, has a version in "Special" quality, which without reaching Proof quality, is superior to what can be purchased currently in the branches of the Banks of Spain. Being ideal for a gift that immortalizes a historical moment in our country.
Starting next Monday, July 1, a limited edition of this coin tribute to our monarch will go on sale, with a circulation limited to a maximum of 5,000 units.

On the obverse of the coin the portrait on the left of His Majesty King Felipe VI is reproduced. At the top, in a circular direction and in capital letters, the legend FELIPE VI KING OF SPAIN appears. At the bottom, between two points, the year of minting 2024. A pearl graphic surrounds the motifs and legends.
On the reverse, in the center of the coin, an image of the Royal Crown, which is kept in the Royal Palace of Madrid, is reproduced in color. As a special security feature, the FNMT patented the quadruple latent image.
