In September, San Marino will issue three new coins from the series launched in 2022 dedicated to the Chinese lunar calendar, a theme very popular among coin collectors. This time, the protagonists will be the signs of the horse, goat and monkey.

With this new issue, there will be nine coins in the collection, which will be completed in 2025 with the three remaining signs: Rooster, Dog and Pig. There will be twelve coins in total, which make up the Chinese horoscope and which have been issued in the order of the zodiac.

All coins in the series have a face value of 10 euros, a small red application on the reverse and an inscription of the symbol in Chinese.

The coins of the entire series show on the obverse a composition with three stylized towers and three feathers, on the left a laurel branch and on the right an oak branch, while in the lower central part the sun is represented between stylized clouds.
