Mulan is the protagonist of the third coin in the "Women Warriors" series, minted by the prestigious Polish Mint. This astonishing two-ounce pure silver coin features incredible detail thanks to its ultra-high relief minting. It has select notes of gold color that highlight the weapon that the warrior carries, a successful antique finish and as an additional feature, Mulan includes a genuine wood insert in its shield.

Mulan is the protagonist of a well-known Chinese legend. The story tells how the young woman disguises herself as a man to take the place of her old father in the army, saving him from going to a war that she would not have survived.

The reverse of the coin shows the incredible Mulan dressed in a kimono and without shoes, with her golden sword in one hand and her wooden shield in the other. Behind her is a dragon, a symbol of a sacred animal in Chinese legends. This scene will change when the combat arrives, for the occasion he will gather his long hair on his neck to look like a man; men whom he will surpass in wit, cunning, and weapon handling. The lower part of the reverse shows the inscription «MULAN», the name given to the coin, in the lower right semicircle the name of the series «WOMAN WARRIOR» appears.

The obverse of the coin represents the effigy of Queen Elizabeth II. The inscriptions are: "NIUE ISLAND", as issuing country, "ELIZABETH II", name of the Queen, "2021", year of issue, "FIVE DOLLARS", its face value and "Ag 999", the purity of silver.
