We are going with the third currency that the Bank of Kazakhstan has issued during the month of August. Also belonging to the «Events» series, the piece is dedicated to the «25th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan». As on previous occasions, there are two versions with the same design, one with a Proof finish and some color notes that has a 200 tenge facial, the other in BU quality has a 100 tenge facial.
The Constitution of Kazakhstan is the Magna Carta that has exercised the law in this country since it was approved by referendum on August 30, 1995 and continues in force today.
The Constitution establishes a unitary and republican form of State, theoretically democratic and territorially centralized, with a presidential form of government. The most important political institution in Kazakhstan is the Presidency of the Republic. The executive branch is headed by the president and the prime minister.
On the reverse of the coins there is a stylized image of an open book symbolizing the basic law of the country - the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the national coat of arms of the Republic of Kazakhstan. At the top is the inscription "• 2020 •", indicating the year of issue. An ornamental figure is shown at the bottom. Along the circumference the inscriptions "QAZAQSTAN KONSTITÝSIASYNA" and "25 JYL".
