On June 25, the National Bank of Ukraine issued a commemorative circulation coin with a face value of 10 hryvnias under the name "Medical Branch of the Armed Forces of Ukraine."

This coin honors the selfless work of military doctors who provide qualified and specialized medical care to both military personnel and civilians in the combat zone. Today, the Medical Branch of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is a powerful structure that includes military hospitals and sanatoriums. This medical corps introduces the latest methods of treatment and diagnosis, cooperates with the best medical centers in the world, and carries out medical and psychological rehabilitation of military personnel.

Some of the coins are distributed in rolls of 25 coins with a wrapper alluding to the same theme as the coin.

The reverse of the coin bears a circular inscription: ПРОФЕСІОНАЛІЗМ ТА МИЛОСЕРДЯ Ж МЕДИЧНІ СИЛИ ЗБРОЙНИХ СИЛ УКРАЇНИ (Professionalism and Piety and the Medical Branch of the Armed Forces of Ukraine). In the centre of the composition is a relief depiction of the emblem of the Medical Branch Command, based on the British heraldic shield. The centrepiece of the shield is a cross with a stylised snake coiled around a pernach (a type of flanged mace). The cross symbolises the sign of comprehensive help and protection, recognised in Europe and around the world, and a snake coiled around a pernach is a symbol of the Medical Branch. Camouflage pixels are schematically depicted in the background.

The obverse of the coin features the State Coat of Arms of Ukraine at the top, in the centre, within an ornamental frame, the inscription: UKRAINE/10/ GRIVNAS (in a semicircle), at the bottom the year of issue of the coin, 2024, and on the right the mark of the Mint of the National Bank of Ukraine.
