Throughout these 200 years, the Treasury has faced various challenges, such as wars, economic crises and political changes. Its evolution reflects Spain's modernisation and adaptation to a global financial environment. The commemoration includes events and publications that highlight its crucial role in the country's economic development and financial stability. This celebration not only looks to the past, but also projects the future of the Treasury in a changing world.

The reverse of the coin features the coat of arms of Charles III, which appears in the General Instruction of 3 July 1824, by which the Public Treasury was created; to the right of it, the face value of the coin, 10 EURO, and the logo of the Public Treasury appear; below, the mint mark. On the lower part of the coin, between two rosettes that appear on the royal vouchers of the Royal Amortisation Fund, appears, in a circular direction and in capital letters, the legend 1824 – BICENTENARY – 2024.

The obverse of the coin depicts the portrait of His Majesty King Felipe VI, to the left. At the top, in a circular shape and in capital letters, appears the legend FELIPE VI KING OF SPAIN. At the bottom, between two dots, the year of issue 2024. A pearl border surrounds the motifs and legends.
