If the accounts do not fail me, until yesterday we were still missing an issue related to the common commemorative 2 euro coin issued this year for the "35th anniversary of the Erasmus Program". Although all the coins "destined for circulation" have already been issued, today, December 6, the Bank of Greece puts the versions for collectors up for sale (all were sold in pre-sale), so now we can say that all the Coins and their corresponding versions of this common commemorative have already been issued.
The total issue volume of the Greek coin has been 750,000 pieces, of which, except for the 3,000 in BU quality and 1,500 in Proof quality, were issued and put into circulation in rolls of 25 coins.
Presentation coin roll of 25 pieces
On July 1, the currency presented in rolls of 25 pieces was put into circulation in the Banks of Greece.
BU quality coin presentation
The BU quality coin, of which 3,000 units have been issued today, December 6, is presented as you can see in the image above and has been put up for sale in Greece at the price of €10.
Coin presentation in Proof quality
The coin in its Proof version is limited to only 1,500 copies. Its starting price is €20 in Greece, although since there are so few issued, its price has already multiplied by ten on resale.
