Belonging to the series "Fear Tales" (Tales of Fear), dedicated to some alternative fairy tales, where its cheerful and fun characters with tender and childish aspects are surrounded by gloomy and dark figures, the fourth and last coin of the collection , which I present to you today, is dedicated to the story of «Beauty and the Beast».
The reverse of the coin features a terrifying image inspired by the tale “Beauty and the Beast”. On the left, a profile representation of the Beast. The monster has voluminous hair with horns on his head and is depicted with his mouth open, as if he is screaming. On the other side, Bella is depicted as a frightened young woman with tears in her eyes. Between the two, a glass dome with the enchanted red rose and some falling petals. At the bottom of the reverse, the inscription: "FEAR TALES", name of the series of coins. On the left, next to the Beast, the year of issue “2022”.
This beautiful coin made up of two ounces of silver, presents a very realistic front view thanks to the Smartminting technology, with which great reliefs are achieved. It features an aged finish and selective coloring.

As I said at the beginning, this is the fourth and last coin in the series. In the image you can see the first issued in 2019 dedicated to the story of "Little Red Riding Hood", the second in 2020 for "The Little Match Girl", the third in 2021, "Hansel and Gretel" and this year's, "La Bella y the beast". It seems that fate has not prepared a happy ending for all the protagonists of these coins.
