In 2020, Correos began to market the Navigation coins issued by the National Mint and Stamp Factory – Royal Mint in a collection dedicated to “Philately and Navigation” that brings together coins and stamps dedicated to this theme. In 2021 Correos decides to continue with this product and market the Aviation coins and in 2022 the Railway coins, along with 3 representative stamps of each theme, combining Numismatics and Philately in the same product.

This year 2023, the chosen theme is Castles

This collection maintains a similar structure to the previous ones. It is made up of 16 coins whose obverses are represented in full color images of those castles in the world that for some reason are, or have been, emblematic throughout history. The coins are joined by 3 stamps also dedicated to anniversaries dedicated to castle themes.

The collection includes 2 booklets dedicated to “Numismatics and Castles” (in Spanish and English) and “Philately and Castles” respectively.
