Now we already have the first coins destined for circulation.
The Bank of Hungary has just released two coins with 10 and 20 guilder facials in recognition of the citizens who played and continue to play a leading role during the coronavirus pandemic. Two million pieces of each of the coins have been minted.

The coins surrounded by a string of pearls on the edge have the legend "MAGYARORSZÁG" (Hungary) at the top, while the lower legend shows the year of issue "2020", between two points. Unknown heroes, from various professions and occupations, who have remained steadfast during the emergency, are depicted with a heart-shaped composition in the center of the coins, alongside the words 'TISZTELET A HŐSÖKNEK' (tribute to heroes) , in two lines.
The design present on the coins is the work of graphic artist Krisztina Kovács, who lives in the city of Hódmezővásárhely, and was rated as the best proposal among the 345 submitted to the design competition called for the occasion.

The face value side of the 10 and 20 guilder coins is identical to that of the regular circulating coins.
As I said before, the design of the coin is the result of a design competition, where the winner has seen how her idea has been expressed in these two coins. Now I am going to leave you the image of the other four that were finalists.
From Visual Numismatics we also promoted something similar and we asked you in your day to design coins to recognize people and groups here in Spain. These designs that you sent me, most much better than any of those presented in Hungary, were sent to the FNMT, where they are still being valued today and are candidates, together with those made by their own engravers, to be the image that presents a coin, of which we do not know his facial, but if there will be, in tribute to our Heroes of the Coronavirus.
