Although we already knew the subjects of the two 2-euro commemorative coins that Portugal will issue in 2020, we did not know, until today, what the designs represented in them would be. Today, thanks to our partner Paul (Euromunter), I show you what the coins will look like. In addition we also know the volume of issuance they will have, which will be the same for both: 500,000 will be distributed in rolls of 25 coins for circulation, 5,000 will be issued in BU quality and another 5,000 will be issued in Proof version.

In 1945, representatives from 50 countries met in San Francisco at the United Nations Conference on International Organization, to write the Charter of the United Nations. Delegates deliberated on the basis of proposals prepared by the representatives of China, the Soviet Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States in Dumbarton Oaks, United States, between August and October 1944.
The Charter was signed on June 26, 1945 by the representatives of the 50 countries. Poland, which was not represented, signed it later and became one of the 51 founding Member States.

Portuguese participation in the Olympic Games
