One of the two commemorative 2-euro coins to be issued by Lithuania in 2021 will be the third coin in the series of five, called "Lithuanian Ethnographic Regions", featuring the "Dzūkija Region". Its issuance is scheduled for the third quarter of 2021, it will have a circulation of 500,000 pieces, the same as the other coins issued in this series, of which 5,000 will be presented as a coincard. Today I can show you the design that will be presented, very much in line with the previous ones.
The design of the coin represents the coat of arms and the name of the Dzūkija region, completed by the name of the issuing country "LIETUVA", the year of issue "2021" and the mint mark.
