Sensation from the Ukrainian National Bank. This year, for the first time, rolls with bargaining coins with a stamp of the current 2019 were officially released.
The rolls were coins of various years. Imagine the surprise of collectors to see there 25 and 50 kopecks in 2004. I remind you that 25 and 50 kopecks of 2004 year were unknown until today.
As the official answer of the National Bank of Ukraine reads, indeed, the rolls were staffed with 25 and 50 kopecks 2004 year and their total circulation was 5,000 pc. of each type.
Probably, there was an idea to release the official annual set of coins of 2004 year. But, this idea was abandoned. Thus, these coins are a new word in numismatics. Information requires entering new data into all coins catalogs.
