Colierul din dinți de cal descoperit la Enoșești-Acidava
În colecțiile Muzeului Județean Olt se păstrează un colier din epoca romană, format din 44 de dinți de cal, din care 31 sunt întregi și 13 fragmentari, descoperit în cursul cercetărilor arheologice întreprinse la Enoșești-Acidava (Dacia Malvensis) în anul 1991. Toți dinții prezintă câte două perforații, pentru prinderea pe ață. Piesa este o raritate, prin prisma faptului că este compusă dintr-un număr mare de dinți, comparativ cu multe alte descoperiri din țară. Totodată, merită amintit efortul realizat pentru perforarea dinților, cunoscut fiind faptul că aceștia se prelucrează foarte greu.

The horse tooth necklace discovered at Enoșești-Acidava
In the collections of the Olt County Museum (Romania) there is a necklace from the Roman period, consisting of 44 horse teeth, of which 31 are whole and 13 fragmentary, discovered during archaeological research undertaken in Enoșești-Acidava (Dacia Malvensis) in 1991. All teeth has two perforations each for fastening on the thread. The piece is a rarity, because is composed of a large number of teeth, compared to many other discoveries in the country. At the same time, it is worth mentioning the effort made for the perforation of the teeth, as it is known that they are very difficult to process.
