Dedicated to the distinguished doctor Olga Matviyevna Avilova, founder of the scientific school of reconstructive surgery of the trachea and bronchi, organizer of the pulmonary center of the city of Kiev and author of more than 300 scientific works, it is broadcast in Ukraine on the 3rd of September a 2 grivnas coin in your memory.
On the obverse of the coin is a stylized composition that symbolizes thoracic surgery. Below is the emblem of Ukraine, next to the inscription UKRAINE; below them the nominal value, 2 Grivnas, and the year of issue of the currency, 2018, on the right the logo of the Mint of the National Bank of Ukraine completes the design.
On the back of the coin is a portrait of Olga Avilova, below which are the inscriptions: OLGA / AVILOVA / 1918 - 2009.
