I have compiled all the different currencies that will be issued in Germany during the year 2020. Some have already been issued and others will do so in the coming months. In total there are twelve new currencies that the Münze Deutschland, formerly VfS Sammlermünzen der Bundesrepublik Deutschland, makes available to collectors, where there will be a wide variety of themes and metals in which they will be available. Let's get to know them in order, from least to greatest of their facials.

2 Euro commemorative coins

Brandenburg State - Sanssouci Palace in Potsdam (January 28)

Sanssouci is the name of a set of buildings and gardens that include the former official summer palace of Frederick II the Great, King of Prussia, in Potsdam, near Berlin. It is one of the summit works of the Rococo style, and it is also notable for the numerous temples and pavilions scattered throughout the park surrounding the complex.

50th Anniversary of the Warsaw Genuflection (October 8th)

The Warsaw Genuflection (Kniefall von Warschau) was a gesture of humility and penance made by German Social Democratic Chancellor Willy Brandt towards the victims of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising. The incident took place during the visit to the Nazi era monument on December 7, 1970, in what was then the People's Republic of Communist Poland. After depositing a floral arrangement, Brandt, surprisingly and apparently spontaneously, knelt down and remained in that position silently for a short time, surrounded by a large group of dignitaries and the press.
