Under the name Birds of Anatolia have been put on sale the fifteen pieces that have facials of 1 kurus (1 cent of Turkish lira) at the price of 5 liras each (0.83 euros). The pity is that this time the coins are not bimetallic and the designs, in general, do not have the quality of their predecessors. One thing that improves with respect to the previous issued of animals by Turkey, is the size and quality of minting. the diameter is 32 mm (33 mm have the coins of 30 euros in Spain), so they are large coins, and are minted in Proof quality. It would be very interesting to see real currencies, to be able to value this series much better.
