The Central Bank of the Argentine Republic has put into circulation the coins of 2 and 10 pesos, with the drunkard and the caldén as protagonists. These coins complete the new monetary cone of the Peso Peso Trees of the Argentine Republic, which together with those of 1 and 5 pesos, will coexist with the current coins and banknotes in circulation of the same denomination.
2 pesos coin
In the central field of the obverse, the representation of the drunken stick is shown, with its most characteristic profile, with the trunk in the shape of a bottle. In the upper arch you can read the text "ARGENTINE REPUBLIC" and in the lower one, "PALO BORRACHO".
On the reverse, on the left, a synthesis of its flower. In the lower arch it reads "IN UNION AND FREEDOM". In the upper arch, "2018", year of minting. Located in the upper right sector, alluding to the Argentine northeast, whose forests are typical of the drunken mast, read "2 PESOS".

10 pesos coin
In the central field of the obverse, the stylized representation of the caldén, exclusive species of Argentina and owner of a characteristic wide and rounded cup, is shown; in the upper arch, the text "REPÚBLICA ARGENTINA" and in the lower one, "CALDÉN", common name of the tree.
On the back, there is a synthesis of the flower and, in small characters, the denomination in numbers continuously, and leaves of the caldén. In the upper arch, the motto "IN UNION AND FREEDOM", and in the lower arch, the year of minting "2018". The location of the denomination "10 PESOS" symbolizes the section where the tree is original within our country, in this case, the center.
