The Philatelic and Numismatic Office of the Vatican City presents us the Philatelic-Numismatic envelope, popularly known as "Busta", which contains the commemorative 2-euro bimetallic coin and a stamp with the special stamp, dedicated to the 50th Anniversary of the death of Padre Pio. In the Philatelic-Numismatic envelope an exclusive card is included with the reproduction in the stamp; The emblem of the Office made under full relief and enriches this prestigious and refined product.
The coin shows the face of Padre Pio looking to the right, under the name by which he was known «Padre Pio», to the left and right the years «1968 - 2108», above and in a semicircle the name of the issuing country «CITTÁ DEL VATICAN". The mint mark "R" and the names of the artists Patrizio Daniele as a sculptor and Valerio de Seta as engraver complete the composition.
