As on many other occasions, I begin by thanking our friend Paul (Euromunter), for sending me the first image of a commemorative 2-euro coin that we did not know about. On this occasion he reveals the motive that will be represented in the second coin of this type that Finland issues in 2017 with dedication to "Finnish Nature".
The coin shows in its interior part a design that represents the cartographic of the moon seen from Harmaja, Finland. Ahead of the moon we see a crow perched on the branch of a tree. The year of issue 2017 is located at the bottom. On the left is the indication of the issuing country "FI" (Finland). The mint mark is shown in the center on the right.
The volume of emission is 500,000 pieces and the date of putting into circulation will be during the next month of October.
