Last Friday, July 8, Correos turned 300 years as a public service. It was on that day in 1716, once the War of Succession, when it became effective provision adopted by King Philip V, ten years earlier, Rent Real converting the post office. From that time, the postal service left to be in private hands and was going to be the responsibility of the State and administered by the Crown.
To mark the third anniversary of the FNMT Correos issues a silver collector coin in Proof quality with facial 10 euros, alluding to that event, which is already available.
On the back, in the middle of the room, inside a circle, the logo is reproduced Post; around, some allegorical postal service; right, the mark of Ceca. At the bottom of the coin, in two lines and capitalized, the value of the piece 10 EURO. Circling all the reasons, in capital letters, the legend THIRD CENTENARY of Posts and Telegraphs. Surrounds all the reasons and all the legends one beading reminiscent of the teeth of postage stamps.

of the coin, in a circular motion and in capital letters, the legend FELIPE VI KING OF SPAIN. At the bottom of the coin between two points is the year of minting 2016. Surrounds the reasons and legends one pearl beading.
