In 2014 I reported that Brazil planned to issue a new series of coins on the occasion of the Olympic and Paralympic Games and Rio 2016, which among others would give us the opportunity to get 16 new bimetallic coins 1 real circulating. On 28 November 2014 the first series, on April 17, 2015 the second on August 6, 2015 the third and last February 19 the fourth and final completes the collection, which way to inform aired.
The four bimetallic and coins circulating this fourth and final series, with facial 1 real, are dedicated to boxing and Paralympic Swimming, plus the Olympic mascot (Vinicius) and Paralympic (Tom). Below you can see a true picture of the coins.

The complete issue of this collection of bimetallic coins consists of 16 pieces, being put into circulation in four emissions between the years 2014-2016.
