On December 12, the Bank of Ukraine issued a commemorative coin with facial of 5 hryven, minted on an alpaca alloy, dedicated to "The Day of St. Nicholas", which we know as Santa Claus.
The obverse shows a stylized image of St. Nicholas, in addition depicts a rainbow full of toys, the emblem of the State of Ukraine, the year of coinage 2016, the UKRAINIAN inscriptions, its face value, 5 hryven, and the logo of the House of Currency of the National Bank of Ukraine.
On the back is reproduced a color composition (using pad printing) in which we see happy children happy with toys in their hands. At the top are the texts "Visítanos / Vacaciones / Nicolás !.
