We are almost at the end of November and there are still a few coins to be issued by the National Mint and Stamp Factory - Real Casa de la Moneda. In this post I am going to make a kind of preview with the two collections that will be made available to collectors in the coming weeks, and also about the imminent sale of the one-ounce gold Iberian Lynx coin.

One ounce gold coin Iberian Lynx

 

 I can announce that the issue date of the first Spanish investment coin made up of an ounce of pure gold, dedicated to the Iberian Lynx, will go on sale on December 1 or 2. The purchase price of this currency will fluctuate along with the price of gold, so it will be variable from one day to the next, or even during the same day. The price to pay when the purchase is closed is the price of gold, plus 10%. If we did the calculation at the time I am writing this, it would be the price of the ounce, € 1,596, plus 10%, so we would have to pay € 1,755.6 for the coin.

Railway History

Following in the wake of the series "History of Navigation" and "History of Aviation" comes "History of the Railroad". Like previous series, the face value is the same, 1.5 euros, they are minted in a cupronickel alloy with a diameter of 33 mm, and the face on which each of the trains is presented will be in full color.

 

The first coins will go on sale in December along with an exclusive album, where the complete collection and an explanatory brochure of each of the trains represented on the coins can be kept. The complete collection consists of 20 coins, in principle the first three series will be put on sale, which in total are 15 and the remaining 5 already in 2022. The maximum issue volume of each piece will be 7,000 units and the price of 16, € 94 each.

According to the images I have, there will be five coins in which different works of the great artist are represented. Three pieces of 10 euros with a square shape in silver, one of 50 euros also in silver, and another of 400 euros, the latter minted in gold.

 

This has been a small advance of what awaits us between now and the end of the year. When I have the complete information I will present each coin individually and in much more detail.
