It is necessary to make an appointment in advance to be attended to. Requesting an appointment can be made through this website of the Bank of Spain or by calling 913 385 000 (valid for all branches) from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Once at the branch
We will go to the window for changing coins and banknotes into euros, where we will request the coins we want and through which we will pay the total amount requested in other coins or banknotes, as long as they are also euros.
