The coin shows a stylized image of a metal worker in protective clothing carrying a ladle with molten metal, around it we see sparks of fire jumping in different directions; the inscription 'ЧЕЛОВЕК ТРУДА' (Trades of Man) is in the upper left corner.
The common side to all the 10-ruble coins in this series represent: at the top "BANK OF RUSSIA" at the bottom "2020", on the left and right some laurel and oak branches, respectively.
