Today, January 10, 2018, the Bank of Ukraine has issued two coins with facials of 2 and 10 grivnas dedicated to the XXIІІ Olympic Winter Games, to be held in the city of Pyeongchang, South Korea, between February 9 and 25. of 2018.
As you can see in the images both coins have the same image on the obverse, with minimal changes, especially noticeable in the color present in the flame of the torch, that if you look, the torch is formed with a stylized image of the number XXIII. Completing the composition, we see a fund composed of stylized snowflakes, the face value of the coins, the national coat of arms of Ukraine, the year of issue and the logo of the Mint of the National Bank of Ukraine.
The reverse of the coin, with the same design for both, we see on the right a fragment of a stylized snowflake, in the center of which appears the logo of the Ukrainian Olympic Committee; on a light background icons are shown that symbolize winter sports and on the left the inscription in Ukrainian "XXIII Winter Olympic Games".
