The second commemorative 2 euro coin that Lithuania will issue in 2019 already has design. With this coin dedicated to the "Samogitia Region" the series called "Lithuanian Ethnographic Regions" begins. Five will be the coins that make up the series, same regions that Lithuania has.
The design of the coin shows the coat of arms of the Samogitia region. The announced issue volume is 500,000 pieces, which would be issued during the third quarter of 2019.
