On December 14 the Bank of Luxembourg put on sale a bimetallic collection coin, with a face of 2.5 euros, minted on an alloy of Nordic gold and 925 sterling silver, that within the series "Extraordinary Buildings in Luxembourg" it is dedicated to the Adolfo Bridge, the name it takes from Grand Duke Adolph of Luxemburg who reigned the country between 1890 and 1905. The 2,500 coins with which it counts as a throw, have been minted by the Polish Mennika Polska, with an unconventional form.
The reverse of the coin shows an image of the Adolfo Bridge (Pont Adolphe) and its surroundings. In the upper part his name is shown and in the lower part his facial value (2.50 euro).
The obverse shows us the image of an old acquaintance for those who collect euros, Grand Duke Enrique, the name of the issuing country, Luxembourg, and the year of issue, 2017.
