I am going to transmit the official information that I have received from the Ufficio Filatelico e Numismatico Vaticano on the issuance of the second 2-euro coin commemorating this 2017, dedicated to the "Centennial of the Marian Apparitions of Fatima", coin issued the next October 5, as it is already customary minted in two qualities, BU and Proof, at the price, for subscribers, 18 and 37 euros respectively, plus shipping costs. 

 

The obverse shows the three shepherds of Fatima: Lucía dos Santos, and their cousins ​​Francisco Marto and Jacinta Marto, according to a photograph appearing on page 356 of the weekly Portuguese Illustration of October 29, 1917, located in front of the Marian shrine of Fatima. Above the motif, the legend of the issuing country "CITTÀ DEL VATICANO", horizontally, the commemorative legend "FATIMA", the years of the "1917" and "2017" anniversary, as well as the Italian mint mark in Rome "R". Below the motif is the artist's name "O. ROSSI ".
