O nouă monedă comemorativă americană - 13.06.2017

The third quarter of this year's 2017 quarter dedicated to the National Scenic Rivers of Ozark, located in the Missouri district, was issued as the currency of circulation on June 5.The coin belongs to the series "America the Beautiful Quarter", dedicated to emblematic places and national parks of the United States. 



 
The coin design shows the Old Red Mill, built in 1894 on the banks of the river. This mill was used to convert wheat into flour. Much of its machinery including the original rollers are in good condition, being able to be contemplated by those who visit it. The design corresponds to Ronald D. Sanders and has been recorded by Renata Gordon.

On the obverse of all the coins in the series, President George Washington is depicted in a restored version of the original portrait used in 1932 in the Washington Quarter.
