Today March 27 has been put on sale the coin dedicated to the "Tercentenary of the Royal Company of Marine Guards". It is a collection coin with a face of 10 euros minted in silver of 925, with a circulation limited to a maximum of 7,500 pieces.
On the back is reproduced an image of the main entrance door to the Naval Military School of Marín (Pontevedra), where the officers of the Navy are formed. To the left, in two lines, the years 1717 and 2017; Below, the brand of Ceca. In the upper part of the coin, in a line and in capital letters, the value of the piece 10 EURO. In the lower part of the coin, in circular and capital letters, the legend REAL COMPANY OF GUARDIAS MARINAS. Surrounding the motives and legends one pearl beading.
On the obverse is reproduced the portrait to the left of His Majesty the King Don Felipe VI in which appears in the uniform of the Navy's summer gala with the motto of Captain General. To the left, reproduces in colors the shield of the Naval Military School. In the upper part, in a circular and capitalized sense, the legend FELIPE VI REY DE ESPAÑA appears. In the lower part, between two points, the year of coinage 2017. It surrounds the motifs and legends a graphilla of pearls.
