In April 25, the Bank of Ukraine issued a coin of 5 grivnas of the bimetallic type belonging to the series dedicated to its regions (oblast), this time to the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. In 2014, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea was occupied by Russia. The forced annexation of Crimea is not recognized by Ukraine and a large part of the international community.

At the bottom, all together, a bunch of grapes, lavender flowers, an old vase and old tartar coins.

On the back of the coin is a stylized map of Ukraine, within the context of an ornament created by the Crimean artist Rustem Skibina. In the ring you can read the semicircular inscriptions "Autonomous Republic of Crimea" (above), "Ukraine" (below).
