The Journal de Monaco, the equivalent of the Official Gazette of the Spanish State, has published Friday June 3, issuance volumes circulation coins issued since 2002, including those provided for this 2016. With these data we can get an idea of products issued and not issued, this year.
The coins are planned for this year:

2 euro commemorative 15,000
These data show that no purse or eurost this year, the commemorative 2-euro coin stays at 15,000 units and only issued coins of 1 and 2 euros. Anyway, and even with these data, Monaco have to be very cautious, last year changed year end to include the 2 euro commemorative dedicated to the "800 years of the Fortress of Monaco", although it is also true the commemorative coin was preceded by rumors throughout the year, which in this 2016 is not happening.
