The issue volume of this coin is 70,000 pieces, all of them in BU quality.
The motif of the coin «CUIDEM LA NOSTRA GENT GRAN» (Let's take care of our elders) is symbolized by the image of a young person's hand with another hand showing all the signs of aging, and a stethoscope underneath. The name of the issuing country "ANDORRA", topped by a semicircle that surrounds several reproductions of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, represents the State's commitment to preventing its spread and caring for its citizens. The motif also shows the issue date '2021'. The twelve stars of the European flag appear on the circular crown of the coin.

The issue volume for this coin is 73,750 pieces, of which 70,000 are in BU quality and 3,750 in Proof quality.
In the foreground is the reproduction of the Romanesque sculpture of Our Lady of Meritxell (patron saint of the Principality of Andorra), dating from the 11th and 12th centuries, it is a symbol of identity of the Andorran people and a source of passion for its inhabitants. On September 8, 1921 his coronation took place, since then, that day the national holiday of Andorra has been celebrated . In the background there is a partial reproduction of the sanctuary of the basilica where the carving is located, a graphic element that symbolizes a flower, the name of the issuing country "ANDORRA" and the years "1921-2021". The twelve stars of the European flag appear on the circular crown of the coin.
