This is the first Canadian pure gold diamond-shaped coin, a feat made possible through collaboration with Crossworks Manufacturing and Forevermark diamonds. It took over a year to make this ostentatious diamond-cut coin, and with a diamond encrusted, this sophisticated piece will dazzle any collector, but only 99 will be able to own it.
The shape of the coin and the design of its multiple shapes are an exact reproduction of the Forevemark Black Label square diamond. One side of the coin is embedded with a 0.2 carat diamond, which serves as a model for the piece. The Forevermark Black Label square diamond is the inspiration for the shape of the coin, and was one of the last diamonds mined at the Victor mine in northern Ontario. The other sides of the coin show the year of issue "2020", the issuing country "CANADA" and the face value "500 DOLLARS", surrounding the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the work of Susanna Blunt.
