On December 10, the Bank of Russia issued a currency of 25 rubles, with liberal power in the country, to commemorate the " 25th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Russian Federation." This was adopted by referendum on December 12, 1993, entering into force on December 25, 1993, at the time of its official publication. It replaced the previous Constitution of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic (RSFSR) of April 12, 1978.
On the back of the coin is an embossed image of an open book with the Coat of Arms of the Russian Federation represented on the left page and an inscription of three lines "КОНСТИТУЯИЯ РОССИЙСКОЙ ДЕДЕРАЦИИ" (THE CONSTITUTION OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION ) recorded on the page on the right; under the book the upper part of an Ionic column with a capital is represented; finally, there is an inscription along the edge that says "25-ЛЕТИЕ ПРИНЯТИЯ КОНСТИТУЦИИ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ" (25TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE RUSSIAN CONSTITUTION).
The obverse of the coin shows a relief image of the coat of arms of the Russian Federation, the inscription in a semicircle "РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ" (Russian Federation). Below the inscriptions in three lines: "БАНК РОССИИ" (Bank of Russia), the value of the currency "25 РУБЛЕЙ" (25 RUBLES), the year of issue "2018". The mint mark is shown on the right.
