The Bank of Ukraine issued today February 15 two coins with facial 2 and 5 grivnas minted one alpaca and the other in silver, both with the same design, dedicated to Cardinal Lubomyr Husar, important archbishop emeritus of Ukraine and spiritual leader of The Greco-Catholic Church of Ukraine for 15 years, from 1996 to 2011. He was one of the most long-lived and important bishops of the Catholic Church "Uniata" of Leopolis and Kiev, in the delicate period of post-communism and the building of the Modern Ukraine.
The reverse shows a portrait of Lubomyr Husar, his years of life 1933 - 2017 and the semicircular inscriptions: "Patriarch Lubomyr Husar" (above) and "My Dream - Being a Man" (below).
On the obverse is the Patriarchal Cathedral of the Resurrection of Christ (Kiev); under the emblem of the State of Ukraine, on your right the legends: Ukraine / 2 or 5 Grivnas / 2018. The logo of the Mint of the National Bank of Ukraine appears to the left of the cathedral.
