This week the Mint of Karlsruhe (G) has begun to coin the first coins of 5 euros of the series Climatic Zones 2017 dedicated to the Tropical Zone, in which the common denominator in all the series is the presence of a central ring Translucent polymer as part of it. The one that is emitted the next 27 of April counts on the red ring of red color, each one of the five German mints will give a different tonality to that color.

Clarify that this currency can be used as a form of payment in Germany, not in the rest of the eurozone, although practically no one has used one of these to pay, among other things because their value between collectors is higher.
