The Bank of Ukraine issued on 28 July 1 coin with facial of 5 Hryven, coined on an alloy of nickel silver, dedicated to the City of Malyn, belonging to the series of ancient cities of Ukraine.
Reverse: in the center cut of an old tree, symbolizing the settlements that populated the land, an ancient fortress, right and left represents some ancient inscriptions shown.
The obverse shows a roll of banknotes, on which a paper mill, founded in the second half of the nineteenth century appears; on such a bird made of paper it appears. To the left a small State Emblem of Ukraine and the inscription Ukraine, the face value of the coin, the year mark and logo of the National Bank of Ukraine on the right is shown.
