I just met the design of the 2 euro coin commemorative Portugal engaged in this 2016 to the 50 years of the 25 de Abril Bridge, the longest suspension bridge in Europe, considered one of the main symbols and icons of the city of Lisbon, and as always, I show me as soon as possible.

With 2,277 meters long Bridge on April 25 is the longest suspension bridge in Europe. It has two levels, the upper floor and the lower car, added in 1999 to train.
After 45 months of work on April 25th Bridge was opened to traffic on August 6, 1966 with the name of Salazar bridge. After the Carnation Revolution of April 25, 1974 it acquired its current name.
For its similarity and have been manufactured by the same company, it is often compared with the Golden Gate of San Francisco.
