Donatello

Donato di Niccolò di Betto Bardi, known as Donatello (Florence, 1386-ibid, December 13, 1466) was an Italian artist and sculptor of the early Renaissance, one of the fathers of the period together with Leon Battista Alberti, Brunelleschi and Masaccio. Donatello became an innovative force in the field of monumental sculpture and treatment of the reliefs, where he managed to make a big depth within a flat minimum, being called by the name ofstiacciato , namely "flattened or crushed relief."

Plautus

Tito Maccio Plautus (Sarsina, current Italy-Rome 251 BC, 184 BC). It was a Latino playwright. Plautus was devoted exclusively to comedy, modeled the new Greek comedy, which he adapted to the Roman taste and apparently contrasted with other contemporary Roman works, mixing characters and situations. Albeit from entirely conventional situations, Plautus masterfully managed to combine action and dialogue going with a live rhythm of intrigue to the portrait of manners, and knew their texts print a large dose of lyricism and fantasy.
