The "Centenary of the Creation of the Navy of Ukraine" is the theme chosen for the fourth coin of the series dedicated to the "Armed Forces of Ukraine". This coin, which has been minted 1 million pieces, was issued yesterday April 18, being able to acquire in Ukraine at face value, 10 hryvnias (about 0.3 €).
The obverse of the coin shows the national emblem of Ukraine on the top, the name of the issuing country UKRAINE on its left, the face value 10 GRIVNAS and the year of issue 2018. The central image represents a stylized flag of the armed of Ukraine, on a warship furrowing the waves, to its left the logo of the House of Currency of the National Bank of Ukraine.
On the back on a background that simulates the waves, it shows the number 100, where the zeros show, the first a diagram of the wind rose and in the second the logo of the navy of Ukraine, with the years 1918 and 2018 on each side. In the upper part the inscription "Creation of the Ukrainian", and in the lower "Maritime military fleet".
