The Bank of Ukraine issued on 15 June, a coin minted in cupro with facial 2 hryni, belonging to the Personalities series of Ukraine, dedicated to the actor, director and screenwriter Ivan Mykolaychuk all an artistic phenomenon in the country, able to embody in his films the cultural uniqueness of the Ukrainian people.
Reverse: on dark background we see a portrait of John Mykolaychuk surrounded by characters and movie heroes that he played; inscription left Ivan Mykolaychuk, 1941-1987 (years in which he lived).
